Privacy notice

Perspective Link LLC runs this website. This notice explains what we collect when you use it, why, and how long we keep it.

Our nightly backups hold copies too: a deleted message or scrambled code can stay in a backup for up to 14 more days, then that backup is deleted.

What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we keep what you type: your name, email address, phone number and company (if you give them), the service you pick, the subject and your message.

We also keep a scrambled code made from your internet address for about 24 hours, so we can stop the form being flooded. We never store the address itself with your message.

What we use it for

Only to read your message and reply to you. We do not send you newsletters or marketing, and we do not send you an automatic email.

Who sees it

Our staff. Each message is also emailed to our own business mailbox so we see it quickly. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, apart from the email provider that delivers our mail...apart from the email provider that delivers our mail, and Cloudflare, which checks that messages come from a person.

How long we keep it

Messages are deleted automatically after 2 years. Copies in our mailbox and our backups follow our normal business records practice.

Cookies and tracking

The public website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Our web server keeps standard access logs (such as internet address, page and time) to keep the site running and secure.

To keep out spam, our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. When a page with the contact form opens, and when you send a message, Cloudflare receives your internet address and technical details about your browser to check that you are a person.

If we change this notice, we will update this page.
